Slococo Chocolate is made deliberately, thoughtfully, with care + consciousness at each step of crafting. Chocolate begins with bean-like seeds that grow in pods on the trunks of cacao trees. The bean has a story of its own before it even gets to me. I honor that story and add my own, along with premium ingredients sourced for their pristine quality. This takes time and the steps can’t be rushed, creating layers of unique flavor. The result is inspired dark chocolate with unique flavor combinations. It is as healthful as it is delicious. 

I never use refined sugar or sugar alcohols, only unrefined, organic coconut sugar or yacon syrup - a low-glycemic natural sweetener that comes from a South American root, similar to a sweet potato. 

Slococo Chocolate is a woman owned company founded in 2018. I am dedicated to creating exquisite chocolate that is delicious, nourishing and seasonal. Everything is made in small batches from fine, single-origin, direct-trade cacao.
