Q: Why Slococo?

A: Commercial chocolate only has to have 11% cacao by law, so the rest is made up of sugar, vanilla powder, milk powder,  soy lecithin and other gross stuff. Slococo Chocolate is made with 80% cacao, a little bit of cocoa butter and non-refined sweeteners. The cacao is also fine, direct-trade and origin-specific so the quality and experience is way above what we grew up on. You can also be sure that the cacao farmers and their communities are being compensated and supported.

Q: Why is everything sold out?

A: Slococo makes mirobatches of chocolate inspired by the seasons, ingredients local and global, travel, conversations, dreams. Once the batches are sold out, that's it. The pandemic also brought a hiatus. Be assured that new batches of chocolate treats are right around the corner! Subscribe below to be notified as soon as a new batch is ready to share.
